We publish information about businesses drawn from public sources: business name, suburb, website, public review data from Google, and search ranking data for business websites from Ahrefs. It's business information, not information about customers. Where a sole trader operates under their own name, that name appears because it is the business name on public record.
If you email us to claim a listing, request a correction or ask a question, we keep your name, email address and what you sent us, and use it only to respond, verify your claim, and send notices about your listing. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain about how we've handled it, by emailing privacy@tradescore.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
