These terms cover your use of TradeScore (tradescore.com.au). By using the site you agree to them.
A TradeScore is the output of our published formula applied to public data at a point in time. It is a rating, not a guarantee, endorsement or recommendation of any business, and it isn't a substitute for your own checks. Always get written quotes and confirm licences and insurance directly before hiring anyone.
We take care to get the data right, but public sources can be wrong or out of date, and we can't verify every review. To the extent the law allows, we don't warrant that listings or scores are complete, accurate or current. If something is wrong, tell us at Corrections and we'll fix the data.
Businesses can't pay for, opt into, or opt out of a ranking, and can't have a score changed other than by correcting the underlying data. Scorecards, badges and corrections are free.
We grant every ranked business a revocable, non-exclusive licence to display its TradeScore badge. Badges must show the business's current score and link to its TradeScore listing. We may withdraw the licence if a badge is altered, out of date, or used in a misleading way.
The site design, text, formula and scores are ours. You can quote and cite individual rankings with attribution to TradeScore. Don't copy the site or its data in bulk.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from dealing with any business listed on it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. We may update them by changing this page. Last updated September 2026.
